Check Deposits for Existing Accounts |
HTK strongly encourages you to use ACHs, federal fund wire transfers or mobile check deposits in lieu of mailing payments. If you must mail payments, see instructions below. Please do not mail checks to the HTK home office in Horsham, PA until further notice. Please note that the maximum amount for mobile check deposits has now been increased to $500,000.
For accounts held at Pershing:

3. Email a copy of the check and BTF to your office's HTK operations processor or to the HTK home office at htkpaperwork@htk.com to record in the check register.
IMPORTANT: When sending checks to Pershing or direct sponsors, please remember to include account number/policy number and contribution type for retirement accounts on the face of the check. Note that due to the re-routing of mail, an increase in volume and courier delays, physical checks are being received and processed at Pershing with delays of up to five days. Thank you for your understanding. |
